You will be responsible for launching the branch from zero— with no existing client base, candidate pool, or local setup. You will build the business and the team, develop our presence in the Kortrijk market, and oversee both temporary staffing and permanent recruitment while ensuring high‑quality operations.
Business Development&Strategy
Shape the branch’s development plan (priority sectors, target clients, temp/permanent offering).
Actively prospect the market, open new accounts, negotiate terms, and build long‑lasting client relationships.
Represent LIP within local business networks (clubs, events, fairs, afterworks).
Manage the full P&L (revenue, margin, budget, investments) and provide regular reporting.
Implement internal processes and ensure full compliance with Belgian staffing and recruitment regulations.
Recruit, lead, coach, and develop your team (temp/permanent consultants, recruiters).
Set clear objectives, supervise daily workflows, and run weekly one‑to‑ones and team meetings.
Operations&Service Excellence
Oversee the entire recruitment process: job ads, sourcing, interviews, and candidate selection.
Ensure flawless operational delivery: contracts, payroll inputs, invoicing, and administrative accuracy.
Maintain high standards of safety, service quality, and long‑term satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
Your Profile
At least 4 years of experience in temporary staffing or recruitment in Belgium (ideally in tertiary roles).
Strong commercial mindset, results‑driven, and confident in B2B business development.
Natural leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and genuine motivation to build a branch from zero.
Native‑level proficiency in Dutch is mandatory for the Kortrijk market.
Driving licence B required (company car provided).
