You will lead the consolidation and reporting function, oversee IFRS compliance and safeguard the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of group accounts. As a key advisor to senior finance leadership, you will drive harmonisation of accounting practices and continuous improvement of the consolidation environment.Key Responsibilities
Steer the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation under IFRS. Ensure quality and completeness of consolidated accounts (eliminations, minority interests, acquisitions/divestments…) Lead the preparation of the group's statutory financial statements and quarterly reporting. Act as main point of contact for external auditors.Manage and optimise the consolidation system (HFM or equivalent). Develop reporting structures, dashboards and closing‑process improvements. Support M&A activities (PPA, integration, system setup). Collaborate closely with FP&A, treasury and local accounting teams.
