About Corilus Corilus serves over 70,000 healthcare providers across Europe with a diverse portfolio of software products. We are currently undergoing a strategic transformation to consolidate our offerings into a unified, modern platform while integrating AI capabilities across our solutions.
Data and analytics are critical to this transformation. This role will be instrumental in integrating data into the heart of our product design and decision-making processes, ensuring our products evolve based on evidence and deliver measurable value to healthcare professionals.
About the Role Reporting to the Head of Product Excellence, you will join our Central Center of Excellence and work closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to help us evolve into a truly product data-driven organization.
As Lead Product Analyst, you will be the strategic responsible for building the right data foundations and establishing analytics as a core capability at Corilus. You will play a key role in helping uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and measure the impact of our initiatives across the entire product portfolio.
Challenge
Define and implement product tracking and analytics infrastructure across the organization.
Establish high-quality, reliable, and actionable data collection practices. Select, configure, and maintain the right analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. Matomo, PostHog or similar). Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms and environments.
Develop product analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor success.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key product and user metrics. Provide visibility into product performance and user engagement across all product tribes.
Analyze user behavior and generate actionable insights to guide product decisions.
Analyze user behaviour, product usage, and customer journeys to generate insights for product and design teams. Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that guide product and design decisions.
Design and run experimentation programs to validate assumptions and measure outcomes . Collaborate with product managers and designers to design and run experiments, validate assumptions, and measure outcomes (e.g. A/B tests). Establish experimentation frameworks and statistical validation methods.
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed data into product workflows . Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate analytics into the product development lifecycle. Ensure alignment between data collection, product strategy, and business objectives.
Champion a data-informed culture within the organization.
Evangelize best practices in data literacy and experimentation. Mentor peers and promote the value of data-driven decision-making throughout Corilus. Build data awareness across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Build analytics capability to meet evolving business needs . Establish the foundation for scaling analytics practices as the organization grows. Define standards, processes, and tools that enable teams to work independently with data.
Establish AI-specific measurement frameworks for AI-native features and capabilities: Define how to measure AI feature adoption, engagement, and value delivery. Create frameworks for evaluating AI model performance in production (accuracy, latency, user satisfaction with AI outputs). Establish measurement approaches for AI-assisted workflows, natural language interfaces, and predictive features. Track AI usage patterns to inform model improvements and feature development. Measure trust, transparency, and user confidence in AI recommendations
Profile
Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years' experience in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with 3+ years in a leadership or principal role
Proven track record of implementing analytics infrastructure and establishing data-driven practices.
Hands-on experience in analytics implementation, including defining event tracking and tagging plans.
Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Apache SuperSet, Power BI.
Practical experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Matomo, PostHog or similar).
Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical validation methods.
Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and passion for using data to improve products and user experiences.
Hands-on person who can balance foundational work with generating immediate insights.
Proactive, collaborative, and curious - eager to experiment, learn, and continuously improve.
