Your Role&Team in a Nutshell As a Reliability Engineer, you will develop and continuously improve the site maintenance program to enhance long‑term machine performance. Your focus will be on increasing reliability and availability while optimizing safety, quality, and maintenance costs. You will translate data into concrete actions by analyzing performance, identifying recurring issues, and driving structured improvements. You will alsoact as a key link between Maintenance and Engineering teams, ensuring strong integration in equipment development, upgrades, and modifications.
Your Key Responsibilities
Set priorities for reliability activities in alignment with the Maintenance Manager
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reliability, availability, safety, quality, cost)
Develop, maintain and improve maintenance plans and strategies
Identify and manage critical spare parts requirements
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Build business cases to support maintenance and reliability improvements
Analyze recurring and long‑term technical issues using structured methodologies
Manage technical documentation, standards and procedures
Ensure effective use and continuous improvement of the CMMS (MicroMain)
Support complex troubleshooting as a 3rd‑line technical expert
Contribute to maintenance contracts with external suppliers
Provide reliability input for new equipment and modification projects
Develop long‑term asset plans to extend equipment life and optimize investments
Train and support colleagues through knowledge sharing and coaching
Ensure compliance with Environment, ISO and 6S standards
What You’ll Need Minimum
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro‑mechanics, or equivalent experience
Several years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering
Strong knowledge of Reliability Engineering methodologies (FMEA, RCA, PM optimization)
Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS), ideally MicroMain
Basic knowledge of mechatronic production systems and maintenance processes
