Working as a Marketing Business Partner As a Marketing Business Partner, you play a key role in translating cybersecurity expertise into clear, compelling and market-relevant stories.

You act as a go-to‑market partner to Sales, Pre‑Sales and other internal stakeholders, capturing market needs and translating them into impactful marketing initiatives. You contribute to the development of solution messaging and go‑to‑market narratives, ensuring that our cybersecurity offerings are positionedclearly and credibly for the Belgian market.

At the same time, you are hands‑on and operational: from shaping event storylines to executing campaigns and coordinating content.

Your responsibilities Go‑to‑market&storytelling

Contribute to the development of solution messaging and go‑to‑market narratives

Translate global content into locally relevant Belgian market stories

Build sector‑ and solution‑driven narratives aligned with market needs and sales priorities

Identify customer insights and translate them into concrete marketing initiatives

Events&experience design

Lead development of storylines, agendas and positioning for flagship and niche events (2 flagship, ~6 sector/niche)

Brief and support speakers in building clear, structured and impactful presentations

Support moderation and ensure consistency in storytelling across sessions

Ensure events are strategically positioned experiences, not just organized

Business partnering

Act as a counterpart to Sales and Pre‑Sales, capturing needs and translating them into marketing actions

Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams such as HR (employer branding support), PR and other stakeholders

Bring structure to business input and convert it into clear priorities and initiatives

Operational execution

Execute marketing activities hands‑on (campaigns, events, content coordination)

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

Ensure delivery from idea to execution in a resource‑constrained environment

Your profile

Experience in B2B marketing, go‑to‑market or storytelling roles (ideally in tech/cybersecurity)

Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives

Comfortable operating both strategically and operatively

Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Pre‑Sales and cross‑functional teams

Proactive, structured and able to drive initiatives independently

Fluent in English&Dutch (French is a bonus)
