You will

Lead projects end to end, from proposal to delivery, across data science and AI use cases. Own client relationships and grow them over time, with real accountability for outcomes. Spot commercial, technical, and organizational opportunities, and turn them into action without waiting for permission.Coach consultants on technical skills, project management, and client interaction. Help shaping the direction of the AI&Strategy practice: what we offer, how we work, where we go. Drive internal initiatives that improve how Agilytic operates. We are looking for candidates with

a master's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related quantitative or scientific discipline

and

at least 5 years of professional experience

across: Delivering data science or AI projects, from scoping to handover. Managing project teams and client stakeholders. Working with cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Using AI tools (LLMs, agents, copilots) in actual project work, as a practitioner. Statistical packages and ETL tools (Python, R, Spark, SAS, SPSS).Other requirements: Fluency in English (our internal working language) is required, plus fluency in French or Dutch. Strong proficiency in Dutch is particularly valued. Valid type B driving license (Belgian car license) or equivalent. Eligibility to work in Belgium and the European Union. We cannot provide relocation support.Beyond the technical profile, we are looking for: Strong ownership mindset: you take initiative, push things forward, and do not wait to be told. This role is a path toward a director position at Agilytic. It means taking increasing ownership of accounts and practice areas, bringing in new work, and being someone junior consultants learn from.
