About Our Client This client is a fast-growing international technology and software solutions partner (scale-up phase), operating within a dynamic buy-and-build environment. With a strong focus on SAP-driven digital transformation and increasingly recurring SaaS-based revenue streams, the company has grown rapidly and is on an ambitious trajectory of further growth.
Job Description They’re seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer, representing a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a scaling organization while driving value creation in a PE-backed environment. As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team partnering closely with the CEO and Private Equity stakeholders.
Accountable for all financial aspects across Business&Finance Control, Accounting, financial audit, legal&compliance.
Provide clear financial strategy, budget management and investment approval
Act as a sparring partner to the CEO, leadership team, and Private Equity investors
M&A and Integration: lead post-merger integration, with a strong focus on systems, processes, and financial alignment
Oversee ERP harmonization, supporting the transition toward a fully integrated environment
The Successful Applicant A proven track record within an international financial leadership position, furthermore:
Master's degree in Business Economics or similar
Experience with M&A (acquisitions and post-acquisition integration)
Experience in high-growth environments and recurring revenue models (MRR / ARR) is a must
Background in IT / software / digital / consulting / professional services
Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP implementation or onboarding of new tools
Experience with local GAAP (Belgium and Netherlands)
Experience interacting with banks and PE organization
