Vascularization is critical for tissue morphogenesis. This project focuses on generating brain-specific pericytes from hiPSCs with high fidelity, leveraging overexpression of NKX3.1 and CXCL12, as well as Notch3 intracellular domain (N3ICD). The goal is to establish a CMOS-MEA-assisted electroporation protocol that allows single-cell resolution electroporation, enabling precise spatial patterning of differentiated PCs and co-culture with endothelial cells to create 2-D micropatterned vasculature-like units.
