Job Description Currently, we are looking for a Project Leader - Product Development in Liège, Belgium.

Responsible for the complete project execution, from project start, till market launch, in accordance to all product requirements, quality, timeline and budget targets.

You are leading a multi-disciplinary team to get the new product fully validated, certified and released for the market introduction.

Main responsibilities

Lead a cross functional team with End‑to‑End accountability

Create new innovative solutions, create the Intellectual Property and assure project execution in line with product requirements (specifications, cost, quality)

Secure all project deliverables according to the New Product Development process and report/defend milestones in the Project Review Meeting

Good alignment with all stakeholders: Market/Segment managers, Research building blocks, Purchasing/Suppliers, Laboratory, Production and Supply chain

Inspiring commitment from the cross functional team

Assure all product and project documentation is properly archived and accessible for all team members

Technical reporting&“lessons learned” guidelines deployment + improvement plans defined and deployed

Train peers

Skills Requested

Engineering Master Degree (mechanical, electromechanical,…)

5 - 10 years of relevant experience

Languages: English (B2/C1) + local language (French or willing to learn)

Design for Manufacturing knowledge

Expert in New Product Development Process

Solution driven and customer oriented

Project Management knowledge

Cost engineering focus

Helicopter view to steer all project activities

Decision maker

Ability to manage several projects
