Position Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end logistics flow of medical devices and related products, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost‑effective distribution across domestic and international markets. You will play a key role in maintaining high service levels while adhering to strict regulatory and quality standards specific to the medical technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate RMA process, open RMA ticket in ERP system, follow‑up and receiving RMA products and transfer to investigation

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of medical devices, components, and supplies

Ensure compliance with EU regulations, GDP (Good Distribution Practice), and internal quality standards

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers to optimize delivery performance

Manage inventory levels in collaboration with warehouse and planning teams

Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving delays or disruptions

Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates)

Support product traceability and batch tracking in line with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Service

Analysis logistics data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings

Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance inspections

Qualifications&Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry

Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures

Familiarity with GDP and medical device regulatory requirements is a plus

Experience with ERP systems (preferably MD365) and logistics tracking tools

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Skills&Competencies

Strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities

Effective communication skills in English; French and/or Dutch are highly desirable

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment

Team‑oriented with a proactive and flexible mindset

High level of accuracy and accountability
