AGO INTERIM zoekt een ervaren chef-kok voor een hands-on functie in Avekapelle, West-Vlaanderen. In deze rol kook je dagelijks mee en stuur je het team aan, terwijl je ook verantwoordelijk bent voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe seizoensgebonden recepten en het optimaliseren van de productieflow. Je moet voldoen aan HACCP- en hygiëne-eisen en zorgen voor consistentie en kwaliteit van de producten. Deze functie biedt de kans om creatief te zijn in de keuken en tegelijkertijd de operationele processen te verbeteren.
