At Johnson&Johnson, our Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) seeks a Director of Project Portfolio Operations to lead portfolio management across the organization, ensuring strategic alignment and financial performance. Key Responsibilities

Continuously mature portfolio management capabilities, driving implementation of standards for decision support and prioritization. Serve as the business process owner for E2E portfolio capability, designing and deploying a Project Portfolio Management maturity roadmap. Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight for project portfolio governance, ensuring optimal prioritization across strategic priorities.Develop robust IMSC project portfolio aligned to organizational strategy, including compliance and deep analytics/reporting. Oversee execution of portfolio governance to deliver maximum organizational benefits. Ensure portfolio priorities align with business needs, communicate priorities across the organization, and keep risks and issues actionable.Provide recommendations to the leadership team and drive senior leadership portfolio prioritization through analytics. Maintain global portfolio integration and cross‑governance across supply chain segments. Drive portfolio business processes and tools to meet organizational needs, collaborating with finance on capital and OpEx cycles.Manage the health and effectiveness of global portfolio management processes, integrating with other strategic business processes. Lead and manage a global team, fostering change leadership and ensuring portfolio processes are embedded. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Analytics; MBA preferred. Experience:

Minimum 10 years in Supply Chain or Finance, with prior people leadership and talent development responsibilities. Required: Proven influence across all leadership levels, analytical synthesis of finance and process data, decision‑making recommendations. Preferred: Portfolio management experience, global team leadership, overseas work experience, system implementation ownership, portfolio management systems expertise.Location&Travel

Primary: Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. Flexible to other IMSC hub locations (Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; Beerse, Belgium; Zug or Schaffhausen, Switzerland; or Titusville, NJ). Hybrid role: three days onsite per week; up to 10% domestic/international travel. Benefits

Competitive base salary (€119,200‑€204,355 in Belgium) with additional ranges for Ireland, Netherlands, Italy.
