About the Role We are looking for a Functional ERPConsultant with expertise in ERP systems. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical delivery, working closely with clients, developers, and other consultants to deliver high‑impact Odoo implementations and optimizations.

Responsibilities

Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo functionality

Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules to meet customer requirements

Deliver functional support and training to end‑users

Work closely with developers to translate functional specs into technical tasks

Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions within the Odoo ecosystem

Lead and document testing, training, and deployment processes

Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support

Hard Skills

Completed a Master Study in the field of computer science, economics or similar

Experience in another domain as Finance, Logistics, HR etc. is a plus

Strong understanding of business workflows and how they map

Skilled in writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into stories

Experience with testing, UAT, and training users

Proficiency in documenting business processes and system setups (uml, bpmns)

Fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Client‑oriented with the ability to understand and manage expectations

Team player with a collaborative attitude

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously
