Job Description To further strengthen our presence in the Belgian market, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to spearhead the management of Anton Paar’s Sales and Service Subsidiary in Belgium as the General Manager.

Lead the Sales and Service Subsidiary in Belgium, based in Gentbrugge, overseeing a team of ca. 30 employees

Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives

Maintain continuous communication and collaboration with the EMEA Regional Director and the headquarters

Implement and monitor relevant processes to ensure operational excellence

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities

Continuously improve sales and service activities

Plan and control annual sales and cost budgets

Provide strong leadership and foster the professional development of the team

Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. An additional degree in Economics is advantageous

Extensive experience in B2B sales management

Fluent in Dutch, English and French, both written and oral

In‑depth understanding of sales and service management processes

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result‑oriented sales strategies

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving

Profound knowledge of the Belgian market
