Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems is seeking a

Global Talent Acquisition Partner

to help shape how we attract, hire and engage talent across our international business.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced recruiter who enjoys operating at both

hands-on delivery and strategic level . You will own end-to-end hiring across multiple regions, partner with senior leaders globally, and play a visible role in evolving our talent acquisition approach as the business continues to grow.

Working across

Europe, the Americas and Asia , you will lead hiring for a diverse range of roles, build strong talent pipelines, and influence how we think about talent, capability and future growth.

What you’ll be responsible for

As our Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

Lead

end-to-end recruitment

across multiple regions and functions

Act as a

trusted advisor

to hiring managers and senior leaders, shaping hiring strategies and success profiles

Build deep understanding of

roles, teams and future capability needs

Proactively

source and engage high-quality candidates , including within specialist and competitive markets

Develop and maintain

talent pipelines

for critical and recurring roles

Deliver a

high-quality candidate experience

from first interaction through to onboarding

Use

hiring data and metrics

to drive continuous improvement

Contribute to broader

Talent Acquisition and People initiatives

(e.g. EVP, assessment, onboarding, hiring capability)

Manage relationships with

external partners

(RPO and search firms) where required

What we’re looking for

You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:

Proven experience

as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner

Experience recruiting across

multiple countries and cultures

Strong

direct sourcing capability , particularly for hard-to-fill or niche roles

Ability to build

credibility with senior stakeholders

A

pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset

Confidence working

autonomously in a global environment

Excellent

communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English

(additional languages advantageous)

Flexibility to

collaborate across time zones
