Senior OT Network Engineer - Critical Infrastructure

(Multisite - Hybrid)

We are currently looking for a

Senior OT Network Engineer

to join a major player in the Belgian energy sector, working on

critical infrastructure environments .

In this role, you will act as a

technical lead , responsible for the

design, security, and governance of industrial (OT) networks

across multiple sites.

Your responsibilities

Design

secure, resilient, and scalable OT network solutions

Define and enforce

network standards, guidelines, and best practices

Review and validate

network designs from projects and external vendors

Support

infrastructure and digitalisation projects

end‑to‑end

Ensure compliance with

cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443)

and

NIS2 regulation

Collaborate closely with

cybersecurity teams, network engineers, and external partners

Your profile

Strong experience as a

Senior Network Engineer / Network Lead

Solid knowledge of:

Firewalls, VLANs, segmentation

Cisco or similar technologies

Experience or interest in

industrial / OT environments

Strong understanding of

network security principles

Comfortable reviewing designs and

guiding technical decisions
