As a site supervisor, you are the central figure on site and are responsible for the daily management. No two days are the same, and you ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely. What you do:
You prepare the site and organize everything needed for smooth project execution. You plan the work and personnel, and report on project progress. You supervise multiple teams in coordination with the foreman. You manage all administrative aspects of the site, from permits to the as-built documentation.You participate in site meetings and act as the primary point of contact for questions and on-site decisions. You continuously monitor and enforce safety and quality regulations on site.
