About Our Client Our client (SME) is a one-stop shop for high-quality professional and industrial laundry solutions, including industrial washing machines across Belgium and The Netherlands.

Job Description They're looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Director to lead and optimise the operational backbone of the organisation. This role holds full responsibility and ensures operational excellence across all functions, strengthen cross-departmental alignment and drive a customer-centric approach throughout the organisation.

Lead and optimise all operational functions including Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Installations Service Management

Drive alignment and ensure operational efficiency, scalability and consistent service quality across all departments

Oversee the service organisation, monitor service performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved or exceeded

Drive structural improvements and operational efficiency across workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity management

Oversee the planning and execution of standard and project-based installations

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

Focus on performance management, cost control, process optimization and team development to support sustainable growth

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, within a service-oriented or technical industry

Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary operational teams and creating high performance teams

Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics, service operations and project coordination

Demonstrated experience managing budgets and operational cost controlExperience of implementation and leading ERP system

Positive energy, resilience and a hands-on leadership style (no pure theory)

Fluent in Dutch, French and English
