Our Group Function Legal Affairs and Compliance team (GFLA) in EMEA delivers strategic support across a spectrum of commercial, regulatory, employment, and governance matters, empowering market achievements and ensuring regional compliance. The team works closely with regional leadership to navigate legal challenges and advance business objectives. This role is a senior legal partner to legal and business teams in Customer Unit West Europe (CU WEU) and the EMEA GFLA, focusing on Ericsson’s activities in France and the Netherlands. You will have end‑to‑end responsibility for legal matters across complex commercial, corporate, regulatory, public procurement, data protection, competition, intellectual property, sanctions/trade control, and dispute resolution, including leading high‑value contracts, strategic partnerships, corporate transactions/M&A, governance and advisory matters, and R&D activity.

Position will be based in Massy, Brussels or Breda and reports to the Head of Legal France and Benelux.

Drive Innovation: Identify and mitigate legal and business risks, enabling transformation and high‑impact leadership across EMEA. Proactively leverage AI and technology to improve ways of working and performance of the legal and business teams.

What You’ll Bring

Top‑Tier Legal Acumen: Seasoned legal professional qualified to practice as a lawyer with 10‑15 years of experience in a corporate in‑house setting or at a leading law firm, with broad international experience and agility to work at a senior level. Experience in the tech/telecommunications/defence industry is a plus.

Strategic Mindset: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Ability to think critically, analyse complex situations, and provide sound legal advice that supports business objectives.

Exceptional Communication/Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English and French is a prerequisite.
