Overview

You coach a local team of around 8 private bankers. You represent the ING Private Banking organization locally, both internally and externally. You are steering the synergies with other departments and segments from your area: business banking, independent agents and statutory agents, personal banking. You are responsible for the commercial performance of your team. You manage a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the results of your team.How To Succeed

The private banking team in Centre consists of 40 Private Bankers, 12 Portfolio Managers, 10 Sales and Services Officers, 3 team leaders and 4 Wealth and Analysis planners, all contributing to commercial success and Customer Satisfaction. The team is integrated in a global team of around 300 persons in Belgium, as part of our Universal Bank.
