Responsibilities

You are determined to grow your technology and insurance skills

You show an interest to grow your domain expertise or expand expertise cross domains

You share your expertise with your team and coach them to the next level

You are responsible for managing a small team and scope as part of various international IT transformational projects in the Financial Services industry

You achieve high value outcomes for our clients and their businesses by consistently delivering the client value propositions from Accenture

You shape, mobilize, sustain and accelerate high performing teams to successfully deliver your project scope

You are ready to leverage AI to bring the client experience to the next level

Job Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in at least one key insurance domain (e.g. Life, Non-Life)

Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory

Experienced in resource management, team coaching, scope management, risk/issues management, quality assurance

Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management related frameworks and skills

Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks

Experience with working with near-shore or off-shore teams

Excellent people management skills

Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs

Affinity with AI is an asset
