Machine Learning Engineer, Brussels

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production environments Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring Collaborate with data scientists to translate models into robust, production-ready solutions Optimize model performance, latency, and reliability at scaleImplement automated testing, validation, and monitoring for ML systems Integrate machine learning solutions with APIs, applications, and data platforms Ensure reproducibility, versioning, and traceability of models and data Contribute to ML engineering standards, best practices, and the company’s data&AI strategy Qualifications

3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, or a related role Strong proficiency in Python, with solid software engineering practices Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn Experience building data and ML pipelines (batch and/or real-time)Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets Familiarity with MLOps concepts (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, retraining) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus) Comfortable working with Git and collaborative development workflowsAbility to explain technical trade-offs and system design decisions to non-technical stakeholders A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to quality and scalability Fluent in FR or NL + strong command of English A passion for building reliable, production-grade machine learning systemsMovify offers
