We are actively looking for a seasoned and passioned engineer willing to roll up their sleeves, dive deep, and grow with us in this exciting adventure through industrial water efficiency.1. Your responsibilities Project Engineering: water audits, process optimizations, techno-economic assessment of water treatment options, dimensioning. Manage suppliers, technical partners, and subcontractors Ensure quality, timeline, and budget targets are met and to the highest quality standardsAct as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Business Development Identify and nurture new opportunities within our existing client base and beyond Prepare technical and commercial proposals Proactively drive business growth through identification of new strategic opportunities and developments2. Ideal profile 10+ years of experience in the water treatment sector (industrial water, wastewater, reuse, drinking/process water, etc.) Strong technical knowledge and appetite for water processes and technologies Versatile profile with a broad understanding of multiple engineering disciplinesExcellent communication skills with a natural business sense Proactive, autonomous, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable switching between office rooms and muddy job sites Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus) 3.
