Own end‑to‑end programme delivery across web platform, middleware, ERP, PIM, CRM and DAM Maintain full accountability for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and benefits realisation Chair the Steering Committee and enable effective executive‑level decision‑making Act as senior escalation point between business stakeholders and technology partnersManage and challenge the system integrator on planning, estimates, and delivery quality Enforce governance standards (PRINCE2) including stage gates and exception reporting Drive clarity and execution across cross‑functional workstreams (IT, Marketing, Operations) Lead multi‑country rollout strategy including readiness, UAT, go‑live and hypercareProactively identify risks, dependencies, and cost pressures and implement mitigations The Successful Applicant

Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner (mandatory); MSP or equivalent strongly preferred 10+ years' experience in programme or complex project delivery Proven senior leadership in managing large technology integrator engagements Demonstrated success delivering B2B e‑commerce or enterprise platform programmesStrong understanding of system integrations and enterprise architecture landscapes Confident executive‑level communicator with strong stakeholder alignment skills Able to take control of programmes at critical reset or transformation phases Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantageWhat's on Offer
