end-to-end user journey

The successful candidate will bring a clear vision of how users should interact with the product, focusing not only on what is delivered, but more importantly on how it is experienced. This includes shaping interaction models, ensuring consistency, and driving a seamless and intuitive user experience.Team&environment
Collaboration with the team, within the Lab (12 people), including 2 UX experts Interaction with the internal product team (6 people) Requirements
Fluent in French and English On-site presence 2 days per week 6 years of experience in a similar role. Strong
UX experience - user oriented Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus Strong
communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with management Data-driven mindset with solid data analysis skills Strong
interest in Artificial Intelligence
