Lead the development and delivery of next‑generation embedded software platforms for multiple product variants Define scalable engineering ways of working, platform strategy, and release models Build and grow high‑performing embedded software teams across architecture, integration, verification, and deliveryDrive innovation across embedded systems, automation, AI‑assisted engineering practices, and platform engineering Partner closely with global R&D, systems architecture, product, and external technology partners Champion modern engineering excellence across Agile delivery, verification automation, and technical leadership What we’re looking for?

Proven leadership experience of 5+ years where you’ve led a transformation Strong leadership background within embedded software or firmware engineering Experience leading complex platform or product engineering organisations Expertise within regulated, safety‑critical, or high‑reliability environments is highly desirableStrong understanding of scalable embedded architectures, systems integration, and software delivery Proven ability to build engineering capability, mentor leaders, and drive organisational transformation Comfortable operating across both strategic leadership and technical delivery environments Why Join?
