Your Responsibilities After an intensive training program you will gradually become the specialist for

Controlling profiles

(Business Controllers, Financial Controllers, FP&A, Cost Controllers, etc.).

Your role will include:

Building strong relationships with finance professionals and clients

Interviewing and assessing finance candidates

Advising candidates on their career path in controlling

Working on finance vacancies for SMEs, international companies, and listed businesses

Developing your own client portfolio over time

Becoming the go-to market specialist for controlling profiles in Belgium

Using AI-powered tools to work more efficiently and focus on high-value activities

Your Profile

Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Economics or equivalent

(required)

First experience in finance (audit, controlling, accounting, FP&A, consulting, banking, etc.)

Strong interest in the

controlling domain

Commercial mindset or curiosity towards advisory/business development

Fluent in

English + French or Dutch

Strong communication skills and ambitious mindset
