Job Description As a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences you will be the driving force behind the success of the world’s largest Life Science companies by optimizing and digitizing their production and quality processes.

Your role In this role you will develop solutions aligned with our clients’ strategic goals, from process analysis to implementation. You will lead multidisciplinary teams on projects that bridge business and IT, creating lasting value for Life Science organizations.

What you will do

Analyze, design and implement processes using our GRIPP methodology.

Lead complex projects independently and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Model and optimize business processes using BPMN tools.

Prepare product breakdowns for large‑scale projects with budgets ranging from 3 to 50 million euros.

Advise clients on digital transformation and best practices.

Provide training and coaching to successfully implement new processes.

Qualifications

Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels, from operational to C‑level.

Analytical, solution‑oriented with a keen eye for detail and interdependencies.

Positive, eager to learn, and able to motivate others.

What you bring to the table

BSc or MSc level education.

3 to 7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation.

Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and experience with tools such as Adonis or Aris.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a plus).

Preferred experience in Life Sciences with systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, or QMS.

Excellent command of Dutch (fluent) and English.
