Director Consulting Services– Life Sciences (Belgium) Responsibilities
Fully responsible for clients, team, and operational activities. Lead a team of 15 colleagues in optimizing service delivery. Develop new services for clients, recruit talent, and support professional growth of team members. Maintain and expand strong relationships with both existing and new clients.Take the lead in business development and ensure quality of services delivered. Allocate 50 % of time to strategic assignments. Manage a P&L between 2 M € and 4 M €. Qualifications
Completed Bachelor and/or Master, preferably in a technical or IT‑related field. Knowledge, experience, and network in the Life Sciences sector. Experience in business development, sales, and delivery. Experience with contracts and financial management. Experience in people management and coaching teams of 15 to 20 people.Ability to support the customer together with your team from the content. Experience in IT and/or business consulting. Native French or Dutch and English communication skills in word and writing. Residing in Belgium. Benefits
