As an intern, you can expect an exciting work with a variety of tasks. In addition to investment activities, you will gain insights into the work with our portfolio companies. The area of responsibility includes, among other things:

Support of the investment team in due diligence activities for potential acquisitions, including independent desktop research, use of databases (Bundesanzeiger, Capital IQ, etc.)

Analyses of companies, industries and markets and subsequent preparation of discussion materials

Collaboration in the preparation of presentations and documents for investment decisions

Preparation of analyses and reports for portfolio companies

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in advanced stage) or Master’s degree.

University degree in economics with focus on accounting, controlling, finance, management, etc., with excellent academic performance

First practical experience in the field of private equity, investment banking, consulting, especially with regard to P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analyses

Very good written and spoken German and English skills (usually, we carry out our work in English)

Very good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Availability of at least 3 months
