Job Title:

Senior Vice President, External Reporting. Location: Brussels, Belgium. Role within Finance. Responsibilities

Understanding, oversight of production and review of regulatory reporting for the Swiss Branch of BNY SANV at individual level (statistical, liquidity and capital). Work in a strong operational control environment for data production and reporting (e.g., certification, analytical review and checklists) in accordance with regulatory governance policies.Collaborate with other functional and business areas such as Corporate Treasury, Risk and Compliance, Legal and Business line management in the production of regulatory returns. Provide support to projects to support the business in regulatory reporting and compliance with new regulatory rules, and advisory work on business changes and restructures.Provide support to the manager and to business partners on the impact of new business and new regulatory rules. Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments and maintain knowledge of External Reporting requirements and procedures. Perform other functions as required from time to time. Qualifications

Accounting (IFRS, Swiss GAAP) and regulatory knowledge (Capital, Liquidity, Statistical reporting). Prior experience engaging with the Swiss regulator is an asset. Deadline driven with strong attention to detail. Ability to analyze large quantities of financial data, formulate conclusions and communicate these persuasively.Experience in a fast-moving, complex, highly controlled, multinational/functional organization. Analytical with an inquisitive/challenging mindset. Advanced Excel skills (Power BI and use of AI are a plus). Experience with reporting systems and processes. Controls experience. English required + one national Swiss language.
