Your Mission

As a General Manager, you manage the daily leadership and direction of the hotel. You are responsible for maximizing sales and revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction, leading the hotel team and maintaining brand standards. People Management

Develop programmes and initiatives to increase team engagement Support team development and succession planning Set performance and development goals for team members Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback Oversee HR-related actions according to company policies Guest Experience

Maintain compliance with brand and service standards Improve guest satisfaction and hotel experience Build relationships with guests and collect feedback Collaborate with hotel teams to exceed guest expectations Prepare budgets, sales and marketing plans Analyse financial results to improve profitabilityUse technology and distribution channels to maximize revenue Support asset management and hotel performance Responsible Business

Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Represent the hotel in the local community Support environmentally conscious initiatives Encourage team involvement in community activities Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent 5 to 10 years of hotel management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Additional languages are a plus Organized and business-oriented We Offer
