We are seeking a highly skilled

Freelance Dynamics CRM Consultant

to support a major

Dynamics CRM implementation

for a financial client in Brussels. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced professional with expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics CRM ,

Business and Functional Analysis , and a strong understanding of CRM solutions in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of

Microsoft Dynamics CRM .

Conduct

business and functional analysis , gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.

Configure and customize

Dynamics CRM

to align with business processes and client needs.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and success.

Act as a key advisor to the client, ensuring best practices and efficiency in CRM usage.

Potential travel to Canada for

1-2 days

during the project (as needed).

Required Skills&Experience

Proven experience as a

Dynamics CRM Consultant , with a strong track record of implementations.

Strong background in

Business and Functional Analysis , particularly in CRM solutions.

Experience in the

financial sector

is a significant advantage.

Excellent understanding of

CRM workflows, automation, and customization .

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Fluent in

French

(written and spoken)– mandatory.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of

Power Platform

(PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Experience with

Azure

and cloud-based CRM solutions.

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
