Information Technology Architect, Brussels

We are looking for a Senior Architect (+5 years) to contribute to architecture activities within the Functions domain, covering Communication and Support Functions, Marketing Communication, Support Functions, and ALM‑T Finance. The role includes defining full solutions, designing changes to the existing landscape, and delivering architecture documentation aligned with relevant stakeholders. The work model is 50% on site (Brussels) and 50% homeworking.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in and advise on studies, projects, and assets related to architecture evolution.

Contribute to architecture for internal development and package solutions in line with enterprise strategy.

Support and control the implementation of architectural rules and decisions before and after production deployment.

Define, document, and maintain the reference architecture with a simplification mindset.

Actively participate in architectural committees.

Communicate current and target architecture, rules, and good practices.

Monitor technology evolutions and incorporate them into the architecture where appropriate.

Deliver project architecture, asset architecture, and reference architecture.

Deliver IT architecture strategy and city plans.

Produce application diagrams, system maps, service interfaces, and technical interfaces.

Produce architectural studies and architectural principles.

Must-Have Requirements

Knowledge of functional, technical, and application architecture.

Knowledge of architectural urbanization rules.

Experience with architectural modelling.

Experience in analysis and definition of application architectures.

Knowledge of project management.

Practical experience with Scrum.

Fluency in either Dutch or French, with notions of the other language.
