Translate strategy into digital capabilities and requirements with stakeholders. Analyse and redesign business processes impacting service delivery and customer experience. Support and coach business analysts for efficient teamwork. Work with Product Owner to create and prioritize a clear backlog.Communicate proactively about process changes and developments. Deliver analyses and documentation for the strategic B2B Atlas programme. Why Join Us?
