Account Director to manage and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts within a fast‑growing business unit focused on digital solutions for the Life Sciences sector. The Mission

You will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients,

positioning the platform as a key solution for Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement within the healthcare and life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts. Lead renewals and negotiate complex long‑term agreements. Identify expansion opportunities within client organizations. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers. Develop business cases and demonstrate the value and ROI of the solution.Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful execution. The Ideal Profile

Strong experience in B2B SaaS Account Management. Proven background managing high‑value enterprise accounts. Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage executive‑level relationships. Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.Full professional proficiency in English is required. Experience within Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is considered a plus. What the Company Offers
