Freelance Change Management Consultant - Remote&Brussels

For an international organization, we are looking for an experienced

Freelance Change Management Consultant

to support ongoing and upcoming transformation projects. You will be part of a team of three consultants and play a key role in driving change, strengthening employee capabilities, and fostering organizational buy-in. Your responsibilities: Plan, execute, monitor and supervise change initiatives

(culture, processes, technology, and organization). Analyze employee impact

and ensure changes are implemented on time, within budget, and with strong stakeholder adoption. Collaborate

with competence center managers, business project teams and HR Business Partners. Design pragmatic change plans

that are easy to implement and minimize resistance. Identify and resolve obstacles

to successful transformation. Develop and execute

communication and transparency plans

throughout the change journey. Organize trainings and workshops

for end users, focusing on storytelling and communicating the impact of change. Coach and lead

a network of change agents and trainers. Your profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within business projects (principles, methodologies, implementation, and project management). Solid knowledge of ADKAR is required (certification is a plus). Hands-on, innovative and solution-oriented.Strong communication skills and experience in storytelling. Resilient, analytical, and able to set the right priorities. Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Offer: Contract:
