LSI has partnered with a high‑growth Salesforce Partner that is looking to hire an experienced
Lead Salesforce CPQ Consultant
to join their expanding delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on Salesforce CPQ expert who enjoys leading enterprise implementations, working closely with stakeholders, and shaping scalable Salesforce solutions for a diverse customer base.
As a Lead Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving end‑to‑end CPQ projects, mentoring junior consultants, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations for enterprise clients
Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions
Design and configure Salesforce CPQ including product rules, pricing, approvals, quote templates, renewals, and amendments
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class solutions
Run client workshops and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices
Support pre‑sales activities including demos, discovery sessions, and solution design
Mentor and support junior consultants within the practice
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
Requirements
Proven experience delivering Salesforce CPQ implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud
Experience leading workshops and managing client relationships
Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast‑paced consulting environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred
Previous experience working for a Salesforce Partner or Consultancy is highly desirable
