AI Transformation Consultant, Brussels

We’re Hiring: AI Target Operating Model Consultant / AI Transformation Consultant We are supporting a client on an exciting enterprise AI transformation journey: moving from isolated AI use cases toward a structured, scalable, enterprise-wide AI Target Operating Model. We’re looking for experienced consultant who can help shape AI governance, operating models, delivery frameworks, and implementation roadmaps across complex organizations.Key Responsibilities:

Assess current AI maturity, governance, use cases, data, and technology landscape Design an enterprise AI Target Operating Model covering governance, roles, processes, and decision rights Define AI use‑case intake, prioritization, and value‑tracking mechanisms Support Responsible AI, risk, compliance, and EU AI Act readiness initiativesDevelop implementation roadmaps and support mobilization of AI governance forums Collaborate with business, IT, data, risk, and compliance stakeholders What We’re Looking For:

Experience in AI strategy, AI governance, AI/data transformation, or operating model design Strong understanding of the AI use‑case lifecycle from ideation to production Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance, financial services, or public sector is highly valued Knowledge of Responsible AI, model risk, data governance, or EU AI Act considerations is a plusExcellent consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills Languages: English required; French and/or Dutch is a plus This is a great opportunity to help organizations operationalize AI responsibly and at scale.
