Managed Services is the operational execution engine of PwC Advisory. Our mission is to help clients solve complex operational challenges and reach ambitious business objectives. We work hand‑in‑hand with our colleagues of the other PwC Advisory teams to develop, deploy and run operational solutions combining the best experience, methodologies and technologies.Responsibilities

Facilitate projects/programmes at both client‑ and internal‑level, ensuring operations run smoothly and following clear processes. Implement project requirements, execute project plans, while ensuring value creation and sustainable outcomes for the client. Governance&Planning: governance set‑up, coordination and documentation of internal and client meetings, creation of RAID log, coordination support of large and complex projects. Stakeholder Management: communicate professionally with various stakeholders (team members, clients), build and maintain trusting relationships.Performance&Value Management: design dashboard and KPIs in line with the project’s objectives, track performance and metrics, perform analyses to produce deliverables, quality control&financial reporting (budget, actuals&forecast, invoicing). Resource Management: team staffing and reconciliation with internal planning tool while identifying staffing risks, on‑/off‑boarding of colleagues on the programme, provision of all project information and practicalities, provide trainings. Status Reporting: create project roadmap, monitor and update the project action list, identify risks and issues, follow‑up with relevant actors on key actions, prepare communications to report to higher management.Continuous improvement: discuss possibilities with the team leader and other team members to implement new solutions, identify operational challenges and develop practical recommendations, participate in internal or external projects aimed at streamlining processes and increasing efficiency. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. One or more relevant professional experience(s) is a plus. Appetite for data&AI or willingness to upskill. Hands‑on experience and interest in coaching/mentoring others. Fluent in English and Dutch or French (both written and spoken). Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management. Client‑oriented and solutions‑oriented. Ability to prioritize in fast‑changing environments.Curiosity, keenness to learn and develop knowledge and skills. Proactive, initiative and strong sense of responsibility. Strong organisational, analytical and stress‑management skills. Balance between being a team player and able to work independently. Benefits
