Join us as an Account Sales Coordinator based in Brussels at a high-performing R&D innovation center. This role sits at the heart of collaboration between the client, commercial teams, and fragrance experts. You will drive the seamless coordination of projects and lead the end-to-end management of olfactive evaluations—ensuring precision, speed, and excellence at every step. You will also oversee the innovation space, ensuring it delivers a flawless, premium experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support commercial&fragrance development teams on client projects, briefs, and events.
Manage the olfactive evaluation schedule for all projects with the commercial and fragrance development teams.
Prepare olfactive evaluation sessions following client briefs and precise protocols; order samples, coordinate shipments of fragrance oils, run washes, and set up client evaluations.
Oversee market product stock, and maintain an updated databank of in/out products.
Be in charge of evaluation booths and evaluation equipment maintenance.
Manage day-to-day premises operations, coordinating with external and internal clients, visitors, and suppliers to ensure optimal working conditions.
Handle other administrative tasks as required, including coordinating travel arrangements, setting up appointments with clients, and managing customer contact information.

You bring
2–3 years of relevant experience in a coordination or support role (e.g., Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
High reliability, ownership, proactivity, and accountability.
Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication; French is a plus, with a positive and professional attitude.
Non-smoker preferred due to the olfactive nature of the role.
