We are looking for a Lead Business Consultant to join our EMEA Consulting Services team, which seeks consulting expertise, efficiency in configuration and standardisation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across divisions and market units. You will be part of the Data Management Service Line responsible for implementing Data Management solutions that cover integration, data warehouse and reporting, and system operations. In your role you will also be exposed to the whole SimCorp value chain from Front‑Office to Back‑Office, including reporting. As part of your induction, you will be hands‑on in our software system and attend the three‑week SimCorp Dimension Academy.What You Will Be Responsible For

Advising and assisting clients with the use of SimCorp Dimension in their daily operational work. Acting as a facilitator between the end‑users of financial institutions and their new financial system, dealing with specific business requirements and covering the complete value chain of asset management.Conducting workshops to explore client requirements, working with clients and SimCorp’s team to capture, define, and suggest the most adapted solution. Building, delivering, and testing configuration work in aspects of SimCorp Dimension based on client requirements. Advising on process improvements through better use of SimCorp Dimension and contributing to best‑practice documentation.Continuously expanding your knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and the clients’ business to ensure optimal value and outcomes. Contributing to knowledge sharing within service‑line projects and tasks. Promoting best‑practice implementation processes and topics across projects. Participating in know‑how exchange with colleagues on an international level.Qualifications&What We Value

Experience implementing or configuring investment management systems similar to SimCorp Dimension, or work experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant for asset managers, asset servicers, insurance firms, or consulting firms (minimum 2years). Degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a comparable qualification.In‑depth knowledge of the business at asset managers, fund managers, insurers, or banks. Familiarity with processes at asset managers, insurance companies, and banks. Knowledge in SQL, relational databases, data warehouses, reports, and XSLT (XML). High organisational skills and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.Strong communication and consulting skills, with a high degree of commercial awareness, customer orientation, and quality consciousness. Team spirit and a willingness to share knowledge. Fluency in English and Dutch. Readiness to travel. Benefits
