Proximus Global– Strategy Manager – Engage&Protect (Business Partner) Location: Brussels. Contract: Permanent. Office 2–3 times a week.
Department: Strategy&Transformation. Reports to: Chief Strategy&Transformation Officer.
Responsibilities
Lead the definition and refinement of the Engage&Protect strategy, ensuring it is clear, actionable, and well understood across the organisation.
Drive strategic insights and conduct high‑impact analyses to strengthen market positioning and unlock new value opportunities in the enterprise business.
Lead transformation initiatives by partnering with business leaders to design and deliver large‑scale programs aligned with company priorities.
Track impact and performance: define success metrics and monitor progress of strategic initiatives, with regular visibility at Executive Committee level.
Engage and align stakeholders: build strong relationships across teams to secure alignment, foster collaboration, and drive momentum.
Support change adoption: help teams navigate transformation by providing structure, clarity, and practical change management support.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting.
Strong track record in cross‑functional and international environments.
Proven ability to turn strategy into execution.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
