The role As the Country Director Belgium, you will be driving the organization’s transformation towards a digital integrated solution provider. Your leadership will be pivotal in restructuring and building a strong, independent team, taking them along in the change through instilling a mindset shift and embracing new skills. Furthermore, you will be identifying new businessopportunities for sales growth through developing a pro-active sales team, exploring new markets segments, diversifying customer network and exploring new innovation commercial models.The Ideal Candidate Experiences 15+ years of experience with a commercial track record in B2B project sales, combining hardware and value-add services. 5+ years of experience in management position, leading a team of 25+ people and ideally P&L responsibility. Experience in transitioning an organization’s business model, e.g. from traditional to digital. Familiar within an international, matrix organization. Skills Inventive thought leader.
