Role&Responsibilities You will take ownership of an already well-established sales organisation, with a team of around 15 people, active across Retail&OOH. Your mission is straightforward: take the commercial engine to the next level.
In practice, you will:
Lead the full commercial activity across Retail&Out-of-Home.
Structure processes, routines, KPIs and performance tracking (CRM already in place).
Manage, coach and develop an experienced sales team.
Own the commercial P&L, with a strong focus on profitability.
Work closely with the founders and the management team.
This is a true leadership role, strongly execution-driven not a purely strategic position.
Candidate Profile This opportunity is aimed at candidate who have built some first commercial successes in their career within a Consumer market environment in Belgium
Solid experience in Consumer sales, ideally across Retail and/or Out-of-Home.
Proven experience managing commercial teams (10–15+ people).
A background in fast-paced environment
A strong execution and performance mindset.
The ability to bring structure without slowing down the business.
A genuine desire to build, take ownership and leave a mark.
From a mindset perspective:
energy, drive and pragmatism
combined with analytical thinking and leadership maturity.
A profile able to thrive in a fast-moving, still-evolving environment.
