Play a strategic role within our client's IT organization by defining, structuring, and continuously evolving information systems that support operational activities. Report to the Operations Systems Director and act as the technical and architectural reference for the Operations domain. Translate business needs into a coherent technical vision, define architecture principles, and ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.Provide technical and architectural leadership throughout the solution lifecycle in close collaboration with business stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and external partners. Ensure consistency, quality, and proper documentation of deployed solutions across the Operations landscape.Operate in a cross-functional environment, providing functional oversight and coordinating external consultants to deliver reliable, high-performing, and resilient operational systems.
