Yes! Clear career paths exist from Retail Assistant to Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager. You can also train as a Refractionist or study to become a certified Optician, with financial and training support where applicable. Do I need prior experience in retail or optics to join a store?
No - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Full onboarding, hands-on training and ongoing support will help you succeed in your role.
