Provide legal advice on a broad range of commercial law matters, including general contract law, shipping law and ship financeDraft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including charter parties Manage and follow up maritime claims and related legal matters Handle disputes and oversee litigation and arbitration in collaboration with external counsel in Belgium and abroad Deliver clear, solution-oriented legal advice to support business objectives and mitigate legal risks globallyAct as a trusted legal business partner to internal departments and international group entities Occasional international travel as part of the role
