Provide support, guidance and information, both on a hardware and software level Take ownership of technical challenges and technical projects Support complex implementations with Microsoft Teams&Exchange, Zoom and/or other Cloud based integrations Commission and support Smart Camera Support systems Detect, define and fix problems Your Profile

Very good communication skills in English. Knowledge of another language is a plus A bachelor’s degree or equal experience in IT Experience with meeting room solutions like Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms is a plus Experience with intelligent video or smart camera systems is a plus Experience with customer facing role is a plusOur Offer
