That’s where you come in!**The Opportunity**We’re looking for a **Head of Finance** who takes full ownership of the finance function. This is not a traditional finance role.We’re looking for a **builde**r: someone who sees finance not as reporting history, but as designing systems that make the company faster, smarter and more scalable.**You will:****Financial Close&Reporting*** Own the end-to-end monthly close* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements* Deliver board-ready reporting packages* Translate financial data into clear business insights**SaaS Metrics&FP&A*** Build reporting around SaaS metrics such as:

+ MRR

+ ARR

+ churn

+ CAC

+ CLTV

+ payback period* Analyse revenue drivers across Apicbase’s pricing model* Model how commercial growth (roll-outs, outlet expansion, upsell) impacts margins and cash* Build rolling forecasts and financial plans**Operations&Process*** Own billing, invoicing and accounts receivable* Ensure accuracy, efficiency and scalability* Identify and eliminate manual processes* Lead finance tooling projects (subscription management, BI tools, automation)**Automation&AI*** Introduce AI and modern finance tooling* Build automated analyses that surface risks and opportunities* Help shape what a modern SaaS finance team should look like**Your Mission:**Build a modern, scalable finance function that supports a high-growth SaaS company.
